Composition Project for 2019-20

2020 is the 250th anniversary of the birth of Wordsworth, one of Britain's most influential Romantic poets who wrote many of his famous poems at Dove Cottage in Grasmere.

Building on the success of three previous Young Composer projects we’re marking this date with an exciting collaboration in South Lakeland. Young composers will work with composer Laura Bowler, a poet from the Wordsworth Trust, sound artist Dan Fox from Sound Intervention and musicians from Manchester Camerata Orchestra.
