Join us on 25 and 26 May for the 8th annual La’al Sing! An afternoon of singing together followed by an evening platform performance live on the Brewery Theatre stage.
La’al Sing helps your school…
- feel inspired to sing
- improve musicality and vocal skills, whilst meeting National Curriculum targets
- develop transferable skills, such as communication, literacy & cooperation
- showcase your skills to other schools, friends and family, and watch other schools
What teachers say…
“It means more people hear the school choir perform and know how important music and singing is at our school. It helps with community links and working with outside agencies such as Sing-Up and the Brewery Arts Centre.”
Teacher, Penny Bridge Primary School
“We loved singing with the live band and the pupils really enjoyed performing on the Brewery stage. Performing builds confidence – one of our soloists is one of the shyest children in the school, her class teacher could not believe she could do it. She did do it and was wonderful.”
Teacher, St Thomas Primary School
La’al Sing Together, 2pm
The afternoon celebrates singing together! It’s all about joining in and having fun, and not about competition. You’ll be led by musicians from the La’al Band. The Resource Pack will be full of songs that everyone can join in with and enjoy.
La’al Sing Platform Performance, 6pm
An evening performance to share with friends and family. Each school sings two songs from the Resource Pack with the La’al Band live on the Brewery Theatre stage.
Please ask parents to book tickets at Box Office early to avoid disappointment.
